Ingredients

Burger:

1/2 lb. 93% lean ground turkey

Garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

Guacamole:

1 Avocado

1 tsp Lime juice

Garlic

Salt

Additional:

1 Spanish onion

1 TBSP olive oil

2 rolls

Preparation

  1. Place turkey in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form two patties and set aside.
  2. Heat a Pam-sprayed saute pan on medium and place formed turkey patties on pan.
  3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small saute pan. Add sliced Spanish onion and cover until translucent. Increase heat and uncover. Keep onions moving to prevent burning and continue cooking until caramelized.
  4. Smash avocado with a fork. Stir in lime juice, garlic powder, and salt to taste.
  5. Remove turkey patties once cooked through. Place on bun, top with guacamole and caramelized onion. Add a healthy helping of ketchup as desired.
