Ingredients
1 1/4 ground Lean Turkey Meat (we like Jenny-O)
1 whole Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 egg
olive Oil
Worstershire sauce
Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Thyme
White wine (just a splash to cook the onion & garlic)
Clean hands (should be a given)

Preparation
- Chop up the onion and garlic
- Fry them up in a pan in a bit of olive oil and toss in some white wine for flavoring. Cook until the onion is Golden brown.
- Grab a bowl and throw that turkey meat in.
- Add an egg to the meat and mix it up by hand
- Add the cooked onion & garlic and mix it up with your hands
- Add your seasonings (paprika, salt/pepper, thyme) - mix mix mix
- Form perfect size patties (whatever size you think would be good) and then drizzle worstershire sauce on the patties before cooking.
- Fry those up in a pan and place a lid over the burgers as they cook (like the top of a pot) to keep the moisture in as they cook.
- Cook for about 3 or 4 minutes each side (depending upon your desired cooking of turkey burgers)
- Serve to happy hungry mouths :)
