Ingredients
2 slices of challah
pieces of thinly sliced brie cheese
half an avocado
dijon mustard
mayonnaise (light)
tomato
lettuce
oven-roasted sliced turkey (from deli)
Preparation
Toast two slices of challah. Spread dijon mustard and mayonnaise on one slice of the bread. Place the pieces of brie on the other slice of bread and zap for 8 seconds in the microwave. Put tomato, lettuce, avocado and turkey on the challah as you wish!
