Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1 cup grated cheddar

1 cup fresh cilantro

2 tsp pepper

1 tsp sea salt

1 lg vidalia onion chopped

8 slices of Swiss or smokey Gouda cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in bowl ( mix well Separate into eight equal balls and press into burgers

Heat frying pan, turn pan to med low heat and place in burgers Fry in pan 8-10 minutes on each side (cover) Place cheese slice on each burger and put on warm or low heat to melt

Serve on rolls or with rice
