Ingredients
Pastry shell (2)
1 cup sliced onions
2 celery sticks
2 tbsp margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
3/4 cup cooked mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp salt
bit of peppter
Preparation
- saute first 3 ingredients
- put turkey into pie shell pastry
- combine all other ingredients and spoon over turkey
- put top shell on pastry, and squeeze edges. Poke the top of shell with a fork.
- cook until crust is golden at 425 celcius. It will take about 20-25 minutes (from fresh). Or once you see gravy bubbling through when done (from frozen). Let stand from 10-15 minutes to thicken.
