Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1 can kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can white kidney beans
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 cans tomatoe sauce
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
season with black pepper, salt
Preparation
brown the turkey in a stock pot. Add the green pepper. Then add rest of ingredients. Cooks for 1 hr. before eating, or make a day in advance and eat the next night for a quick dinner. Also, freezes very well.
