Ingredients

1.25 lbs Ground Turkey

15oz can Black Beans

15oz can Tomato Sauce

14.5oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes

3 Cloves Chopped Garlic

Cumin

Chili Powder

Paprika

Salt & Pepper

Olive Oil

Preparation

On medium heat, brown turkey, garlic & olive oil. Add 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper. While cooking, add all spices. Cook until turkey is completely browned. Lightly drain all liquids. Maintain small amount of fat / juices for flavor.

Add 3/4 can tomato sauce, beans and diced tomatoes.

Simmer at least 15 minutes on med low heat.

Serve with creamy white grated cheese (I use Edam Loaf), fat free sour cream & diced green onions.
