Ingredients

1 large onion

2 medium size red bell peppers, chopped

6 garlic cloves, chopped

2 lbs ground turkey

3 T chili powder

1-1/2 t ground cumin

1-1/2 t dried oregano

3 15oz cans pinto beans, drained

1 28oz can diced tomatoes in juice

3 C low salt chicken stock

1 oz semi-sweet chocolate (1/8 cup)

Preparation

Saute onion, bell peppers and garlic on high heat 8 minutes. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. Mix in spices thoroughly. Add beans, tomatoes, broth and chocolate, bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, cook uncovered one hour.
