Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 carrots, cut into small pieces
1 lb ground turkey
1 bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups cooked rice
Preparation
Heat oil in a skillet and add onions until they’re tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the carrots and cook another 5 minutes. Add some water if there’s not enough oil.
Put the onions and carrots into a bowl and set aside. Add the turkey into the pan and cook until it’s brown.
Put the onions and carrots back in with the turkey and add the BBQ, Worchestershire and garlic powder and stir.
Then add rice and stir. Cook until the rice is warm. If needed, add more water if it gets dry.
