tablespoon Dijon mustard

French-style rolls, split

Lettuce

(1-oz.) slices turkey pastrami

(1-oz.) slices Swiss cheese, cut in half diagonally

(1-oz.) slices cooked turkey

Italian plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Preparation

In small bowl, combine butter and mustard; blend well. Spread on both cut sides of each roll.

Arrange lettuce on bottom halves of rolls. Top each with pastrami, cheese, turkey and tomato slices. Cover with top halves of rolls.
