Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 c chopped celery

Half cup chopped onion

1 T bottled minced garlic

2 - 14 oz cans beef broth

1 quarter t red pepper flakes

1 c uncooked brown rice

15 oz can black beans, rinsed

Preparation

In large skillet, cook turkey; drain. Add celery, onion, and garlic and cook 5min. Add broth and red pepper. Bring to a boil. Add rice. Cover and simmer 20 min. Add black beans and cook 10 more min or until liquid is absorbed.
