Ingredients

1.25lb lean ground turkey

3/4 TB Lawry’s garlic salt

2 cloves pounded garlic

1 TB pounded fennel

1/2 TB paprika

1/2 TB hot chilli pepper powder

1/2 TB sugar

1 TB pastis liquor (or other anise flavored liquor)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well Let sit in fridge for at least a day
