Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs extra-lean ground turkey breast
1 large yellow onion
1 large green bell pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Preparation
- Dice the onion and pepper.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the turkey, onion, and pepper. Drain off any liquids.
- Stir in the barbecue sauce, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Keep any extra in the refrigerator.
