Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs extra-lean ground turkey breast

1 large yellow onion

1 large green bell pepper

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Preparation

  1. Dice the onion and pepper.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the turkey, onion, and pepper. Drain off any liquids.
  3. Stir in the barbecue sauce, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Keep any extra in the refrigerator.
