Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey (do not use all white meat)
3 T olive oil
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bouquet parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix all the spices and oil into the ground turkey until completely incorporated. Form into balls the size of a tangerine and then flatten into a patty.
Place on grill over hot coals or over medium heat on a gas grill. Grill until nicely browned, about 7-8 minutes per side, turning once.
