Ingredients

1 lb turkey meat

2 Tablespoons of milk

1/2 cup Progresso Italian Break Crumbs

1 egg

1 tablespoon of parsley

1/4 teaspoon of oregano

1/2 teaspoon basil

1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation

Soak turkey meat in milk for 30 mins.

Add bread crumbs, egg, parsley, oregano, basil and Parmesan cheese to meat.

Roll ingredients into meat balls.

In large sauce pan, add Olive oil and meat on med heat.

Flip every 4-5 mins until done
