Ingredients

==seasoning==

1 t. salt

1 t. onion powder

1 t. garlic powder

1 t. dry mustard

1/2 t. paprika

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. nutmeg

1/4 t. white pepper

1/4 t. cayenne

1/8 t. ground star anise

1/8 t. ground cloves

===meatballs==

1 T. olive oil

1/2 c diced onions

1 T. grated ginger

1 lb. ground turkey

1 1/2 T. soy

1/4 c. chicken stock

3/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs

1/4 c. evaporated skim milk

Preparation

Combine seasonings. Pour oil in non-stick pan and heat to 400 over High heat @ 5 mins. Add onions, ginger and sprinkle w/ 1 T. of seasoning & stir. Saute until onions are clear, cool. Combine onions and ginger w/ remeaining ingredients including rest of seasonings. Refridgerate overnight. Preheat 10" skillet over high heat to 400 degrees @ 5 mins. Preaheat ovenn to 350 degrees. Brown meatballs, coat pan w/ veg spray & put meatballs in and bake 30 mins.
