Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 c cooked vegetables

1 c cooked rice, risotto, barley, or oatmeal

1 egg

1/2 c milk

1/2 c breadcrumbs

1/4-1/2 c cooked bacon, ham, or sausage

1/2 c any sauce you have

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

All ingredients should be cold Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well mixed Form into a loaf and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet Bake in preheated 325 oven for 1 hour
