Ingredients

GROUND TURKEY MEAT LOAF

2 lbs. ground turkey

1 c. oat bran

2 tbsp. Worcestershire

1 green pepper

2 lg. garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. marjoram, coarsely chopped

2 egg whites

6 tbsp. ketchup

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

6 slices onion, minced

1/2 tsp. sage

1/2 tsp. celery salt

1 can tomatoes

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except for half the can of tomatoes. Cover meat loaf with 1/2 can of tomatoes last 15 minutes of baking. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees or meat temperature 170 degrees, in a well greased tube or bundt pan.
