One 1-pound loaf challah or panettone bread, trimmed and cut into 6 slices

3 tablespoons grainy mustard

8 ounces brie cheese, thinly sliced

1/2 pound sliced turkey (about 2 cups)

3 large eggs

3/4 cup milk

3 tablespoons butter

Preparation

  1. Lay the bread on a work surface; spread the mustard on top. Divide the brie and turkey among 3 bread slices; place the remaining 3 bread slices on top.
