Ingredients
5 c turkey stock
5 c water
1 small onion, chopped (onion should be very small)
1 c carrots, cubed
1/2 c celery, cubed
2 cloves garlic, diced
1/3 c fresh dill, chopped
1/3 c fresh parsely, chopped
8 oz. wide egg noodles
Preparation
- Combine first 6 ingredients in soup pot and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 20 mins until veggies are tender.
- Bring soup back up to gentle boil and add the rest of the ingredients. Boil unilt noodles are tender.
