Ingredients

1 carton chicken broth

1 medium carrot (peeled, diced)

1 medium rib celery (halved lenghtwise and sliced)

1 medium onion (cut)

1 tsp dried marjoram

1 bay leaf

1/4 tsp pepper

2 cups cooked turkey (chopped)

1/2 uncooked noodles

2 tbl chopped parsley

Preparation

In dutch over or large saucepan, combine chicken broth, 2 cups water, carrot, celery, onion, marjoram, bay leaf and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high until boiling. Add turkey, noodles and parsley. Return to boil and reduce heat to medium. Cook loosely covered for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Remove and discard bay leaf.
