Ingredients

5 oz spring greens

1 lb pre-cooked turkey breast, sliced 1/4" thick & julienned

1/2 cup walnuts, roasted & coarsely chopped

1 cup red grapes, washed & cut in half

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

1/4 red onion, cut into thin julienne strips

3 oz balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

  1. Place salad in a large bowl & top with trukey breast, walnuts, grapes, blue cheese & onion.

  2. Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinaigrette & serve.
