Ingredients

about 1 pound ground turkey

about 6 or 7 medium potatos

salt & pepper to taste

parsley to taste

onion flakes to taste

store bought pie crust (two packages)

Preparation

Peel potatos and boil till cooked.While potatos are boiling cook ground turkey in pan with salt,pepper,parsley and onion flakes.When both have completed cooking mash the potatos with a hand masher so that they have lumps. Mix potatos with ground turkey. put filling into bottom crust ,spread and put top crust with second pie. Place in oven on 400 degrees until top browns serve hot with brown gravy on top. Can freeze second pie for an easy supper another night
