Ingredients

1 pita bread (6-inch)

2 tablespoons grainy mustard

4 arugula leaves (well washed)

2 slices (2 ounces) thinly sliced cooked turkey

1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

1/4 sliced avocado

Preparation

Halve pita bread crosswise. Spread a total of 1 tablespoon mustard over inside of both halves; dividing evenly, fill halves with arugula, turkey, alfalfa sprouts, and avocado.
