Ingredients

2 c turkey, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 1/2 c frozen peas and carrots

3 c gravy

1 c stuffing

Pie crust

1 tbs olive oil

1 tbs butter

1 egg white

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp rosemary

Preparation

Preheat over to 400 degrees. Melt butter and oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions 5 minutes. Defrost peas and carrots, add to skillet and saute 2 minutes. Add stuffing, turkey and herbs. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer to reduce. Remove from heat, then fill pie and cover. Brush with egg white. Bake until filling is bubbling, 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes.
