Leftover turkey in gravy

Buttermilk biscuits (mine come from a Pillsbury can, but feel free to make them from scratch)

Shoe-string french fries (I use Ore-Ida)

Preparation

THE DAY BEFORE: Refrigerate leftover turkey - dark meat and scraps are best - in the gravy.

THE DAY OF: Bake the biscuits and fries, and pile the fries on top of the biscuits. Top with re-heated turkey-&-gravy mixture and serve.
