Ingredients

8 oz ground turkey

1/2 cup chopped onions

1 cup canned mushrooms,include Mushroom liquid

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1 tbs worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp dried herb salt subst.

1/2 cup plain lowfat or nonfat Yogurt

Preparation

Cook turkey and onions in non-stick skillet until browned. Add mushrooms,mustard, worcestershire sauce, parsley, and dried herb salt substitute.cook until all liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.serve over noodles.
