Ingredients

1 box (2 pouches) stuffing mix

5 Italian sweet sausage, crumbled

8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced

4 celery stalks, diced

1 onion, diced

3 oz. pecans

1-1/2 cup golden raisins

Preparation

Put stuffing mix in big pot. Moisten with melted butter. Sautee the sausage, drain, and add to stuffing pot. Do the same with the mushrooms, celery and onion. Add the pecans and raisins and mix it all together. Put in casserole with lid and warm in oven
