Ingredients
4 T. butter or margarine
1/4 c. diced onion & celery
4 T. flour
1 t. salt
1/4 t. paprika
1/8 t. thyme
2 1/2 c. milk
3 T. ketchup
3 c. turkey/chicken
Preparation
Melt butter, add onion and celery. Cook over low heat until tender. Add flour and seasonings, blend. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in ketchup. Fold in turkey.
