Ingredients

2.5 cups chicken or turkey

1 package macaroni (2.5 - 3 cups)

1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese

1 cup milk

2 cups chicken/turkey broth

1/4 small onion diced

3 boiled eggs

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Prepare a 9X13 pan with grease/spray

Layer chicken, then onion

Dice boiled eggs and layer next

Spread uncooked macaroni evenly next

Mix liquids together so they’re evenly distributed then pour evenly over the pan. Make sure macaroni is completely covered. Add more mushroom soup if required.

Add Velveeta last
