Ingredients
4 Cups Turkey - cooked & cubed
7 oz egg noodles - cooked & drained
1 sm can mushrooms
1[8oz] pkg cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups chicken or turkey broth
4 tsp salt
Preparation
Saute celery & onion in butter in skillet. In another larger skillet, cook broth & cream cheese until creamy, then add the mushroom soup, mushrooms, turkey, noodles. then add the onion celery mix and salt & mix thoroughly. Put in a 9x13 pan or casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45mn.
