Ingredients
Turkey
Turkey stuffing
Bay leaf
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Chive
6 pieces white toast
Preparation
Remove giblets Chop giblets and simmer with bay leaf, thyme, chive
Wash and dry turkey thoroughly
Stuff with stuffing
Close with truss
Place in roasting pan atop the toast (to prevent sticking)
Butter top, cover with parchment paper
Bake at 350 for five hours
