Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground turkey
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups tomatoes (diced)
1/2 cup red potatoes (diced)
4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup onion (minced)
2 cups kidney beans
1 cup carrots (sliced)
1/2 cup fat free chicken broth
1 jalapeno (seeded and chopped)
1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Brown turkey over medium heat in dutch oven Add beans, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, chili powder, and jalapeno. Bring to boil. Lower to medium heat. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender Add salt and pepper
