Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1 cup chopped onions
2-3 teaspoons olive oil
1- 1.5 lbs. ground turkey
2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
4 cups green beans
Preparation
Cook onion and ground turkey in olive oil until meat no longer pink and onions are soft. Add mushrooms. Add tomato sauce and heat. Heat green beans to use as pasta.
