Ingredients
500 g ground lamb
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, peeled and minced
1 t pomegranate molasses
1 t cumin
1 t dried mint
1 t died oregano
1/2 t sweet paprika
1 t hot chili flakes
1/2 t freshly ground pepper
salt
Preparation
Mix meat with all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Make patties (8) or kebabs (4) with wet hands and put on hot griddle. Cook through until browned.
