Ingredients

1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks 

1/2 banana, peeled 

1 (1-inch) piece fresh turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced (or 1/4 teaspoon ground) 

1 cup coconut water 

Freshly ground black pepper 

Preparation

In a blender, purée mango, banana, turmeric, coconut water, and a pinch of pepper until very smooth; serve.
