Ingredients

Olive oil for saute

1 large onion chopped fine

1 can white kidney beans

2 -3 TBSP fresh rosemary chopped

Lemon juice

Sea salt

Preparation

Sauté onion until browned and a little bit crisp, 10 - 15 mins

Add can of beans, ( drained and rinsed ) let cook until crispy,

The less you disturb them the better or they will get mushy, shake the pan rather than stirring them

Add rosemary , squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.
