Ingredients

1 onion, chopped finely

3 tbsp. garlic, chopped finely

4 stalks celery, sliced

1 green pepper, chopped

1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 lbs. turkey breast

5 small Yukon gold potatoes, cubed

1 bunch carrots, sliced

2 zucchini squash, sliced

1 can corn

1 can green beans

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can white navy beans

2 tbsp. tomato bouillon (Knorr brand is good)

Preparation

Saute the first 5 ingredients in oil. In water to cover the turkey, potatoes, and carrots, simmer in a large pot. Add the vegetables from the saute pan. Add the canned vegetables and bouillon. Simmer slowly until tender.
