Ingredients

6 Red Potatoes

6 Cloves of Garlic

1 Lb of Cream Cheese

1 Pint of Sour Cream

Milk (Or Cream)

Handful of Fresh Dill

Butter

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Peel and dice your potatoes, and bring to a boil. Mash potatoes and add Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, and a splash of milk until creamy. Add in 6 cloves of garlic, finely diced and the majority of the dill, chopped up. Put mashed potatoes into a roaster, and top with the remaining dill. Bake in the oven at 375 F for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
