Ingredients

10 lbs. russet potatoes

1 lb. bacon, chopped and cooked

1/2 c. butter

1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 c. Ranch dressing

2 bunches green onions, chopped

1 c. shredded sharp cheddar

1 c. shredded swiss

Preparation

Bake potatoes. Remove from jackets and chop. Mash with butter, sour cream and dressing. Toss in bacon, onions and chese. Mix well. Put mixture in buttered casserole and bake at 375 for 40 min. or until hot and bubbly.
