Ingredients

8 Medium Baking Potatoes

2 TBS Butter (Margarine)

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 TBS Chopped Chives

Paprika

Preparation

Bake Potatoes until done. Cut in half, lengthwise. Scoop out potato from skins, leaving a thin layer in the shell. Mix together the potatoes, butter and salt. Gradually mix in the soup and chives. Return the mixture to the potato shells and top with the paprika. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.
