Ingredients
4 large potatoes
3 tbs butter (softened)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
4 oz paremesan cheese shredded
8 oz mozarella cheese grated
1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
1 green onion finely chopped
Kosher salt and pepper
Preparation
Scrub potatoes well. Rub skins with butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Pierce in several places. Bake at 400 1 hour. Cut in halves lenghtwise, scoop out insides into bowl. Mash with a fork while adding Alfredo sauce and half portions of the cheeses. Spoon back into shells and top with remaining cheese and the bacon. Broil for about 5 minutes. Garnish with onions.
