Ingredients
4 Russet Potatoes
1/2 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crispy bacon
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tbls salted butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil
Preparation
Rub potatoes with Olive Oil and salt. Bake in oven at 450 degrees, until done (30 - 45 minutes).
Cut off tops and scoop out potatoes. Mix all ingredients with potatoes and return to shells.
Place finished potatoes in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
