Ingredients
1 Portuguese or Kaiser roll, halved crosswise
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 to 4 ounces sliced fresh turkey breast
2 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 2-inch strips
3 thin slices cheddar cheese
3 slices avocado, 1/4-inch thick
2 slices tomato, 1/4-inch thick
2 leaves romaine lettuce
Preparation
Spread both sides of a roll with mayonnaise. On bottom, layer turkey, bacon, cheddar, avocado, tomato and lettuce. Cover with top half of roll. Slice, and serve.
