Ingredients
Large 16 oz can of chick peas
1 medium bag or box of frozen peas
8 oz dry linguine pasta
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
pinch of basil and oregano
2 medium tomatos chopped
Preparation
Boil pasta in large pan of water until al dente, drain.
In a frying or sauce pan combine olive oil and thawed peas. After peas have warmed add tomatoes and chickpeas and spices. Warm for 2-3 minutes and then transfer to another bowl. Mix in parmesan cheese and serve on top of warm pasta.
