Ingredients
17.6 oz feta cheese
3.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup milk
5 tbsp melted butter or margarine
dillweed or mint, finely chopped
4 eggs, beaten
pepper
butter to grease the sheets of dough
17.6 oz phyllo dough
Preparation
Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Add the mozzarella cheese, the milk, butter, dillweed or mint, eggs and pepper. Butter a bakinh pan and line it with half the phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with melted butter as it is added. Spread the cheese mixture over this and cover with the rest of the dough, buttering in the same way. Bake the cheese pie in a moderate oven for about one hour.
