Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

1/4 tsp. salt.

1/8 tsp. black pepper.

1 cup low fat sour cream.

1 large cucumber, or two smaller ones, peeled and seeded, with solid flesh cut into little cubes.

1/2 tsp. dried dill.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

1 tablespoon (apple cider) vinegar.

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together with a spoon. Taste it, and if you like it; put it on top of your gyro. Enjoy.
