Ingredients

8 oz Greek yogurt

3 garlic cloves

1 cucumber

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

dill

mint

Preparation

-Peel, dice, and drain cucumber -Mix with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill/mint -Fold gently into yogurt -Refrigerate several hours to a day before serving

Note: drain all liquids, key to good tzatziki is to get prevent moisture from thinning it out
